Hi Angie
It was nice meeting you and Melissa today.
Oh, I  meant to tell you that I really like your bumper sticker...I've seen similar ones that say COEXIST using various symbols like the ones in TOLERANCE.....it's so nice to see people spreading peace and kindness.  There is no wonder why your 8 year old son is so caring and thoughtful.

Here is a link to give you some info on the play....I haven't seen it yet myself ... only attended a rehearsal in the earliest stages of the production.  I'm really not sure what age group it suits best....but you know what your children would be interested in.

Also, here is the link to the Sanford Student Museum....it's a pretty cool place ... very interesting.
http://studentmuseum.org/   If you are a member of a homeschooling group you might want to check into doing a field trip to the museum....I find it's always best to have a docent or guide whenever visiting places like this because they can tell you so much that you might not discover on your own. Ok so I just clicked on the SGTV Video: The Best Kept Secret: Seminole County Student Museum ..... it's a 27 minute long tour!!......you might want to take a look.

Well I hope all of the vegetables and herbs we planted today will thrive and produce some lovely salad ingredients and veggies for the families at the Safehouse.

I look forward to helping out again with your group.

LeeAnn

Subject: [Central-Florida-Acts-of-Kindness] New Meetup: Paintastic

Announcing a new Meetup for Central Florida Acts of Kindness!

What: Paintastic

When: Sunday, November 21,[masked]:00 AM

Where: TO BE EMAILED
(please register first)
Sanford, FL 32771

I attended the last Seminole Meals on Wheels Paintastic project and found it to be fun. We met some wonderful volunteers from all over and the homeowners were very grateful. Charles and his wife are low-income, senior citizens who can not afford to paint the outside of her house.
They are in poor health and have been on a waiting list to get help for quite a while. Here?s your chance to be their hero!
Join other volunteers as we have some fun and paint their house. You do not need any special skills to participate! Just bring your smile and desire to make a difference.
In just three hours their house will look amazing. Wear comfortable clothing that you won?t mind getting paint on.
Be sure to bring along a completed VIP (waiver of liability) form to this project.
This rain or shine project is open to individuals, couples, families, groups and corporate teams.

****YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER HERE FIRST AND THEN RSVP ON THIS BOARD. IT ONLY TAKES A MINUTE. YOU WILL LATER BE EMAILED THE HOMEOWNERS SANFORD ADDRESS, A FEW DAYS PRIOR.

RSVP to this Meetup:
