Full Moon Circle * WESAK Buddha Full Moon * and Cinco de Mayo!

Wesak is a special celebration of the enlightenment of Buddha under the Bodhi Tree.  Gather with us to celebrate this, the full moon AND Cinco de Mayo in the garden under the Bodhi Tree!

Gather with us 7 - 10pm.   We'll have a nice fire to keep warm by while we enjoy beautiful transcendent music making inspirations ~ drumming, dance, chanting, singing, local artists, healing, and much more.

Meditation, massage, reiki, flutes, guitars, frame drums, tablas, and other musical instruments of a softer volume are all welcome.

We will also welcome many of the Florida School of Holistic Living teachers to share samples, stories, and other great information about their classes as an "open house" event to showcase the programs of Summer 2012.

The scene is family friendly, but kids must stay supervised. We gratefully receive donations to keep this circle open.  Dandelion Cafe features beverages and organic vegetarian food to keep us fueled for the celebration.

All traditions and faiths come together to honor the gifts of our shared community, planet, and universe in music, rhythm, and fellowship.  Come sit in the garden and enjoy a moment to heal and commune each New and Full Moon.  The energy of the circles is different each time, shifting with the lunar cycles.  Bring an instrument and a friend, or make new ones around the circle.

Don't have a drum? No worries, thanks to Remo Drums we have community instruments to share.  Its allot of fun, don't miss out!

It is our belief that by living in greater harmony with the natural cycles that guide us, we develop a greater relationship to the planet and thus it becomes easier to walk our path lightly upon her.  To help our community connect with the lunar cycle, we celebrate the New Moon and Full Moon with community music circles.

I had a good time. It was great to see that community instruments were available and my friends took advantage of that which made it more fun for all of us. It was a nice gathering with well behaved folks having a good time.
