Video: Nullify Obamacare Hearing - SC House
Nullify Obamacare hearing before the S.C. House Constitutional Laws Subcommittee [masked]
Our thanks to Ron Kelderman for this video
Crowd admonished not to cheer Representative Bill Chumley (who introduced the Nullify Obamacare bill - actually H-3101)
Delleney (Chairman of the Judiciary Committee has introduced a kill-bill designed to draw support away from our bill)  Notice that the chairman did not need to admonish the crowd not to cheer Delleney nor his university academic, Thomas Crocker, who spoke against nullification.(example of our tax money used against us)
Note that Don Livingston, another law professor introduced by Representative Rick Quinn, pretty much refutes Crockers position. Livingston insists that nullification is constitutional.
It is constitutional to nullify unconstitutional federal law.
14 other states are considering some type of nullification laws.
Example of Nullification Bill enacted:
Massachusetts' "Fugitive Slave Act" was instituted to nullify federal law. It threatened arrest of anyone who seized any of their citizens, run-away slaves included.
Do these whining, timid, fearful "Representatives" represent We the People of South Carolina or do they represent the federal government???
They have the duty and the means to protect South Carolinians from the tyranny of unconstitutional federal law.
Let's call them and tell them to approve H-3101  NOW without any amendment.
