papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall NOT be
violated and NO warrants shall issue, but upon Probable Cause, supported by Oath
or affirmation, & particularly describing the place to be searched, and the
persons or things to be seized."
The Constitution is the highest law in the land. Now please
do not regurgitate usurpations. Go back to the Constitution & learn
about what should be done.
Our ancestors shed blood & died to give us the right to be free
from arrest without a warrant. Read the Bill of Rights. the question
is whether Columbia police will obey the law. if Columbia police have
nothing to hide they will respect the Bill of Rights & they will not ask for
permission to violate the law. What happens if you ask for permission to
violate the law? Allow police to violate the Bill of Rights & step
onto a slippery slope.
