The Classical Fusion Chamber Ensemble
(CFCE) is a community orchestra dedicated to providing opportunities for musicians and audiences to experience the best of classical and popular instrumental music. Our ensemble is composed of lawyers, teachers, accountants, dentists, and professional musicians, all of whom gather weekly for their common love of making music.
In an effort to bring music to all who seek it, we perform in all five boroughs and never charge for concert admission. In addition to our three annual public performances, each year CFCE performs three outreach concerts at nursing homes, retirement communities, and other venues serving populations that might otherwise not have access to live performances.
Founded in 2010 by Rosanne VanDeMark, the Classical Fusion Chamber Ensemble has steadily grown in size and skill and always welcomes new members. CFCE appears regularly in concert at such prestigious venues as the Liederkranz Concert Hall and the Shrine Church of St. Anthony of Padua, which was recently named second in the list of the “Ten Most Beautiful Churches in New York City.” We are committed to the highest standards of musical excellence in our exploration of works from the classical repertoire as well as movie scores, pop, jazz, and other popular genres.
