Battle Ground Lake State Park
Battle Ground, WA
Battle Ground Lake State Park is a camping park complete with showers, restrooms, electric, etc. with 280 acres of beautiful, forested land in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains . The lake itself is of volcanic origin and is considered to be a smaller version of Crater Lake in Oregon . The park offers five miles of horse trails and a primitive equestrian camping area. The spring-fed lake is stocked with trout and is a favorite of anglers.
The campsites are in a shaded woodsy area, and the lake offers fishing, swimming, and small craft use.
I have reserved 1 electrical campsite -The Pappas are tentatively confirmed with their camper at that site, one non-electrical campsite with Patricia Keeney, Bev Schwartz, you and Donna Stuhr in tents- and one cabin on a bluff overlooking the lake with electrical with Joyce Lackie in the cabin with Willie, Joe and I at the site also in tents. All of our campsites are close together.
My phone number is 503-747-0857 and email address is email@example.com. We’ll do the specifics as to who brings what, meals, etc. this weekend.
