Nerd TV

Nerd TV brings the CFI community together for an evening of drinks and - well - nerdy television. A la "Science Fiction Theater," come ready to watch, critique, debate, shout at the screen and generally nerd-out over your favorite episodes of T_______ Z___, D_____ W__, F______, and many more!

PLEASE NOTE: We are holding this month's Nerd TV a week early! We will go back to the last Tuesday of the month in July.

Sounds like I'm unlikely to catch everyone if they're on the move or doing an after-event wrap-up. Cheers, though.

We're going to be watching the old Fleischer Brothers' Superman cartoon shorts from the 1940's.

I'm taking suggestions on what to watch for this month's NerdTV. One option I've heard is the British series Spaced starring Simon Pegg. And in conjunction with the upcoming Superman film, I thought either the original Fleischer Superman cartoons or some of the 1940's Superman theatrical serials starring Kirk Alyn might make a good choice. But I'm open to other suggestions.

Heads up! We're moving this one up a week to the 18th instead of the 25th! We'll be back to our regular schedule in July!
