Lyric Chamber Music Society's Clarinet Recital and Champagne Reception!

  • November 13, 2013 · 7:00 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

We've been invited by the new young Executive Director of the Lyric Chamber Music Society of New York, Reggie Bahl, to join him for a clarinet recital featuring Igor Begelman on Wednesday, November 13, 2012!  Performance begins at 7:30PM.

Reggie has also very generously offered members of our group 50% discounted tickets for concerts for the Lyric's[masked] season!  Details regarding this discount can be found under the "Our Sponsors" widget on our home page.  This discount is available to Chamber Music Meetup members only.  Your attendance will help Reggie and the Lyric in its new education outreach initiatives that seek, among other things, to introduce children to classical music (a cause near and dear to my heart!).

The clarinet performance will take place at the Kosciuszko Foundation, which is located within a beautiful and intimate salon-like brownstone setting.  The evening will feature selected works by Martinu, Paul Hindemith, Debussy, Carl Maria Von Weber and Gershwin/Heifetz.

There will also be a post-concert champagne where you’ll be able to meet the performer and mingle with others in the group!

Celeste and/or Reggie will be hosting this event, so please look for them.  Please be sure look for Reggie, who has graciously made this opportunity available to us and is looking forward to meeting all of you!!

    Hi,
I have a ticket that I won't be using. Does anyone have use for it? There are no paper tickets, it would have to be arranged.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
