South Carolina poker players will have a once in a life time opportunity to send a loud and clear message directly to Columbia that our rights matter and that WE ARE NOT CRIMINALS!

Senate President Pro Tem Glenn McConnell will be holding two public hearings to discuss  S535, a bill that would legalize home poker games and also expand charity gaming (including charity poker tournaments) in the state.

The Poker Players Alliance (PPA) intends to use these hearings as a way to demonstrate poker players' broad support for the proposed changes which will decriminalize playing poker from the comfort of our homes-however, WE NEED YOUR HELP. We need you, your poker buddies and dozens of PPA members to attend these very important public hearings. If we hope to reverse this outdated law all poker players must attend to show support. Our opposition will be there--you can count on it.
