wow!!! What a great way to start the New Year with this super meeting this month.  Many of you have asked to learn more about Section 8 and any other programs similar to this.  We have invited Mr. Donald Cameron of the South Carolina Housing Authority to speak at our meeting this month.  We are delighted to have him come and share with us how we can benefit our communities and town with the housing that we can provide for renters needing housing.  He is going to go over all the requirements and other new things that are available for savvy investors who want to be landlords.  The buy and hold strategy has always been a beneficial investment for anyone who can do this.  This is a strategy that allows the investor to have a consistent monthly income.  This is one way you can KISS you BOSS good-bye!!!

Also, remember to come early and network with the other investors.  We can learn from each other and benefit our club in many ways.  How many of you are really putting something into our investors club.  Don't just attend one meeting a month!! Why be just an attendee? We need more investors to become a part of our leadership team.  Right now, we need someone who is savvy with marketing.  If you are interested in helping us in this avenue, please email Marsha.
