Hey, Noel! My Skype account says it is down or something --- tried to do the skype conference call, because I am on my computer right this second, but can't figure how to talk to you! I REALLY wanted to be a big person today (because I'm not around my 20 5 year old kindergarten students!) and talk real estate investing with OTHER grownups, but now I still can't get online and chat with you!
