Though a relatively new investor as a profession, I've developed successful strategies & a network of reliable & affordable tradesman.

I would like to learn new things and learn from investors much more experienced.
What areas of real estate investing are you interested in? (Wholesaling, rehabbing, land-lording, etc)
Rehabbing, flipping & purchasing foreclosures.
