Introduction

As a real estate broker, I have access to the MLS for my area, I could be useful to investors as a source of deals.
What can we as a group do for you?
I want to learn and I am an avid learner. I hope to learn as much as I can from the experiences of others.
What areas of real estate investing are you interested in? (Wholesaling, rehabbing, land-lording, etc)
Lease Options, Wholesaling--eventually, I would like to buy and hold good properties for cash flow.
