Introduction

I really enjoy being a real estate investor and I enjoy working with the new Charleston REIA and our super leadership team. I am fortunate to have worked with Bobby Wallace and the late Del Hinds and now the new REIA and Bobby Woodruff.

How can you benefit or help our Investors Association?

I have alot of past experiences in real estate. I have owner my own company for many years. I have been an investor and I have learned many things the hard way but I have gained knowledge in the process.

What can we as a group do for you?

I need to get the word around about my business and what I have to offer. I have a passion to help as many distressed homeowners as I can with my valuable affordable alternatives in this unstable real estate market.

What areas of real estate investing are you interested in? (Wholesaling, rehabbing, land-lording, etc)

I am interested in short sale and turning them to end buyers. I am also a flat fee real estate broker. I am experienced investor and willing to share my experiences with any new investors or anyone that I can help.

How long have you been investing in real estate?

I have been involved in almost all types of investing for many years. I have bought and sold and did do some buy and hold. I have completed short sales and foreclosures and rent to own. If I can help anyone with getting their real estate career started just let me know.
