Let's kick off our Saturday morning and enjoy a TOTAL Body Fitness Training session that will focus on lower body, upper body, and the core. I will combine cardio, crossfit, and high intensity intervals to get everyone a complete body workout. Other info:
• Sessions will start promptly at 9:30am (so come early)
• Bring a mat or blanket if you don’t want to get dirty
• Bring 2lb to 10lb weights if you want a challenge
• Bring water
• Bring a smile and positive energy
