Get off of your Saturday morning bunz and join us in a Boot Camp style workout session with Sgt Health and Wellness. Boot Camp is a form of group fitness with the goal being to push everyone harder than they would push themselves. This free session includes warm-ups, a challenging cardio workout for 30-40 minutes, and a cool-down period. ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME!!! Don't be intimidated, we have modified exercises for everyone who is just getting back into fitness.
What to expect:
• Session starts precisely at 9:30
• Bring water and a towel
• Bring a YOGA MAT or BLANKET
• Bring a smile and a positive attitude
