All activities that require stamina, endurance, muscle toning but wont make my lungs explode
as you get older physical fitness is a must. Flexibility and stamina are my interests. Dont want the belly obstructing my view of my toes.
try at least 3 times per week
maintain the weight i have fought to achieve in the last 8 years
can you place a pad lock on my fridge! night time sweets are always calling my name. At least i have sweets with 1% to 2% milk
Part time athlete -Full time socialite. Have not played in years but I'll do a lot of events that include fun. New to area so having sand kicked in my face is a great way to know people.
