I'm up for anything! Walking, obstacle courses, I'm hoping to do the next color run, and eventually the tough mudder!
I definitely don't need to lose any weight, but I'm really looking to get back in shape, eat healthier, and gain back some muscle.
I walk my daughter 2-3 miles each day around our community.
I just want to gain back some of the muscle I lost when I went through my pregnancy.
I just need motivation to work out..I've always had issues staying motivated when trying to work out alone.
