I was introduced to Mr. Health and Wellness by a mutual friend.
Not nearly enough these days. I hurt my knee last year exercising and it's been difficult getting back into the swing of things.
I like group exercise of various kinds, mostly dancing.
Toning and eating healthy
Any advise is welcome and a once or twice a week program added to the walking I plan to start very soon.
