Hi folks! We are coming down to the wire but there are still some activities open. Saturday tubing and kayaking are still open. Sunday we still have combo Ocoee rafting, zip lines and we added a 3:15pm horseback riding time. If you have questions please message me.

    Hey Dante,
Is there still room on the 1/2 day raft trip Saturday? Thanks!

    • Gail Gillies

Great, we'll do that one, but please keep us on the wait list for the full day trip. Also, do you know what time the zip line is on Sunday? Finally, how can I pay for the additional items since I've already checked out with just the $110 fee? Sorry to be a pain! I appreciate all of your help!

    • Dante

Hi Gail - you should have received an email from me with how to pay the remainder.

I know its early but wanted to start thinking about the car pool situation. I took off of work that fri-mon and would like pair up with 1 or 2 others for the ride (preferably my vehicle). I plan to go Fri morning and head back Sun afternoon/evening or maybe even Mon. [masked]

Don.. sorry I missed your reply. When did you want to leave and come back? Are you planning on bringing a bike along?

Is there room in the bunk house for 3?

    • Dante

There will be plenty of room and no reservations are required for bunks. We assign them on arrival. Please be aware that this is a 21+ event as alcohol is permitted.

I'm not sure whether to bunk or camp. Has anyone ever bunked before? I have and it was uncomfortable, loud, and claustrophobic. Too many people too close together!

    May 10

    • Laurie A. Franklin

Thanks Dante. That sound much better than what I experienced with 16 bunks full of 16 women! I actually went and slept in my car and left the next day.

      May 13

    • Lynn

Laurie.. I'm glad you made me think about it actually. I might not get to camp this year, so this is my opportunity! If its really hot I might bunk.

For the sunday rafting group, do we have the same two options as the saturday group or just one of them?

    May 15

    • Dante

For Sunday rafting it is the Combo (Upper & Middle Ocoee) trip only at $70.

      May 16

  • Gail Gillies

What do I need to do to reserve bunks? I also need to talk to you about rafting.
    Thanks!

How many will bunkhouse hold and is it unisex?

    April 28

    • Dante

Each bunkhouse/room has anywhere from 4 - 8 bunks. We will have some coed bunks for couples but most are separated for ladies and gents.

  • Wendy

    Me, too, Michael!!

Dante, I am bringing my motor home. Do I need to let the Ranch know?

    April 8

    • Dante

I let them know we have some RVs coming and there should not be any problems. When you arrive please walk up to the pavillion and we'll let you know where to setup. It may be a bit of a walk from the pavillion to where we ask you to park.

      April 8

  • Wendy

Hi, I want to pay for my trip but don't know where I select what activities I want to do. I'm also not sure what Pay Pal is. Can I just use a credit card? Thanks

    April 6

    • Dante

Hi Wendy - I can tell from the price paid which activities you want to do. Just total them up and make sure to adjust the price. I will confirm with you after payment. To pay just click PAY ONLINE NOW above. It will take you to a page where you can put your credit card info in. We use PayPal but you do not have to register with them to make a payment.

  • Andrew

not this time folks ! white water center for me ! better pricing too..

    March 28

    • Dante

No offense intended, but I'm not sure how you figure the pricing is better. WWC is $54 for a day pass plus your $5 rafting reservation. That gets you 1 hour on a fake river. Here we're doing $35 for 2.5 to 3 hours on a real Class IV river, the Ocoee. I suppose you'd save the lodging and meals since WWC is local but the trip and getting out of town is half the fun. I don't mean to knock the WWC, it's a fun place to go, but you're not making a fair comparison.

well, Im doing seasonal pass works out much better, again this some thing I do at least on a week, again you call fake a call it technical many people even the national come to train at USNWC.....
I got no problem creeking, just from my overall experience drag my gear a cross state and gas and all!

  • Michelle

Dante, What time are the Sun. activities? Trying to plan and want to get back to Charlotte before 7pm.

    March 24

    • Michelle

What time do we need to be there for Friday Dinner?

      March 25

    • Dante

We usually serve around 8pm and we'll keep it warm for those arriving later.

      March 25

  • Brian Deakins

Hello, new to the group, is there motorhome camping available? Thank you in advance for your help. Brian

    March 17

    • Dante

OK I'll try to check with him today.

      March 18

    • Dante

Brian - the Ranch says RV is OK! Depending on the size we may have you park it away from the pavillion though. Worst case would be a 100 yard walk.
