Join us for this invigorating Morning practise. Vinyasa/ Flow Yoga is a flowing practice where the movement / asana is synchronized to the breath. Sandy will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.
Vinyasa is translated from Sanskrit as meaning "connection"
