We've discussed an installfest at a couple of points in the group's history, and I think it's just what we need to get organized and have a membership confident enough in itself to have independent action and events. 2011 will have some Charlotte-based speakers, but for the month-in, month-out interactivity, we're going to need to get our University friends, our South Charlotte friends, and our SC/Pineville/Matthews friends to get to know each other a little better.

The meeting at Amelies will be to socialize, and organize a Task Force responsible for a successful installfest. We'll also review what we've done since the last Amelie's meeting, and talk about how I can improve as an organizer.
