The Flavor of Uzbekistan and Belly Dancing - Silk Road!

Finally, here's you chance to try authentic Uzbek cuisine! You could start with a cold appetizer of sliced beef tongue - yummy! From there, you could hit yourself with a Smak salad or Shurpa soup. Moving on to hot entrees, why not try the Jiz Biz - doesn't that sound lovely? Ok, maybe a little too adventurous for your taste - then you can always turn to the safety of Shish Kabobs - lamb, chicken, beef, veal, lamb, veggie, salmon - it's all good. Or perhaps a fish selection - talapia, trout, salmon, shrimp?

This will be a new one for me - so exciting to find something I haven't tried before. Sure, venturing into the unknown makes me a little anxious - but that's exactly where the real living begins.

Oh, and let's not forget the belly dancing. Let's hope they're still doing that on Thursday nights! Culture and cuisine - what could be better?

    I very enjoyable night of eating good food and very good belly dancing. My salmon was really good and will definitely go back for it.

    Looks like we'll have a nice group for dinner tonight. I confirmed they are still having the belly dancing on Thursday nights at 7PM. The reservation is under Charm City Eats.
