This Meetup is about building social relationships.While we encourage personal and financial

growth for all our girlfriends; this is not a medium to meet new clients and or advertise your

business.  We will consider business oriented Meetup based solely on the expressed desires

of our members. 


Membership dues

 Why we charge a nominal fee 

 The nominal fee covers the cost of having this site via Meetup and also any unforeseen circumstances

that may arise at a Meetup.

 ➢ Such circumstances include but not limited to:

 No show at an event with a commitment to our vendor i.e. restaurant or show

 Deposits to hold a location 

 Please make your contribution within 1 week of joining us

(If you join after the due date)

  Fee schedule: $2.00 per year + 0.37 cents in admin fees paid to PayPal.
 

 Suggesting a Meetup

 We welcome your suggestions for Meetups and suggested locations; however please be

willing and able to host your suggested Meetup as we will not always be able to attend

(see prerequisite for hosting below). Please keep your suggestions tasteful; this Meetup

reflects a great deal of our personality and while we love to have fun, we love good clean fun

where all can be included. Please reach out to the leadership team if you are unsure about

the types of events we would like associated with our name.
 
 Hosting 

Many hands makes the load lighter

 We welcome any assistance we can get with hosting Meetup events; however for the safety

of our members and to ensure we are consistent with our message and purpose. Please let

us know in advance if you would like to host and also attend a Meetup or two just so we can

get to know you.  


 

RSVP fees

Some of our events require a small fee to RSVP. Which is refunded back to you after the meetup;

 however if you change your RSVP last minute or are a no show to a Meetup,

your RSVP fee will not be refunded.

 Why RSVP fees? 

Requiring fees to RSVP significantly decreases No shows.

I am sure no one wants to attend an event and be the only one present.

No Shows

Not showing up for an event is inconsiderate to girlfriends that took time to attend

or those on a waiting list to attend and more so to the host that put the

time and effort into planning the Meetup.

Not showing up to any of the volunteering Meetups is not acceptable; these organizations

depend on volunteers to keep their doors open for our community.

We understand that unforseeable circumstances do occur. Please inform the event organizer in a timely

manner so your spot can be filled.
