Forget the diet and banish those January blues by joining us for an evening of cheese and wine tasting to raise money for Oxfam. Kindly joining us for the evening will be Jamie and David from Neal's Yard, and Svenja from Everyday Wines in Greenwich, who will give us an insight into the world of cheese and wine.
Included in the ticket price are five small glasses of different wines and five different cheeses to compliment the wines.
The venue is the Blackheath Oxfam shop and tickets are priced at £10. There will be no tickets available on the day, so please buy them online before you come, as the event is near capacity now.
If at all possible please aim to arrive between 7 and 7:30, so that we can start the evening off together.
The proceeds from the evening are all going to Oxfam, this is a great way to support a good cause.
Blackheath is a beautiful London suburb to the south of Greenwich. It is easily accessible by train, with regular services from most of the main South London terminals. Usual journey time from London Bridge is 12 minutes and it is Oyster zone 3.
