Great to hear that you got it. I haven't submitted any apps, but hopefully the process should be okay. If you have any more issues, please get in touch with me directly and I will connect you with the Samsung team.

The cert came late last night. I really appreciate your help. I do want to ask, have you submitted any apps yet. If so is it smooth sailing from this point or are there any problems I should expect?

Hi Alec, one more obvious suggestion: have you checked your spam folder? :)

As for the email itself, when I did it, I left the subject and body of the email blank, and sent only an attached certificate-request.xml file that was generated by the IDE.

We're also forwarding this thread on to the team at Samsung to get their help. Stay tuned!

Thanks Carlo, I tried a few times. All at noon and I have not received a response. The video and documentation are not very descriptive as to what should be included in the subject or encrypted in the body of the message. I have an app complete but can't get a certificate, grrr.

Alec, I request it Friday and received Monday morning. They show 3 different way to send the request :) Any one of them will work. But you will end up with more than one certificate. It's not clear what we need to use. Binary compare show they are not the same. We can estimate they want us to use the last one.

Hi Alec, It took just a couple of minutes when I did it a while back. Try submitting your request again and see if it comes back quickly.

How long does it take for the CA to return a signed CSR? I have sent a request but it has been a few hours and I have not seen the response yet.

Questions: We have an event tomorrow for ChicagoAndroid.com with up to 100 people coming. We don't want to serve unhealthy food such as coke, pizza, or sandwiches. ANY SUGGESTIONS for downtown Chicago? Anyone has a friendly delivery business?
