David works in the innovation group at BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois (BCBSIL) and the founder of MyBestRx.com. Prior to BCBSIL, David was the Regional Director for AOL Mobile Advertising, a Mobile Marketing Evangelist at Arc Worldwide / Leo Burnett and an Account Manager at Vibes Media.
David was also on the Board of Directors at CIMA, a founding member of the Heartland Mobile Council, a member of MoMo Chicago and the Mobile Marketing Association.
