I don't really remember why I became a knitter. When I first learned, it was something everyone was trying, along with crochet.
My older sister taught me to knit when I was 14 or 15. I wasn't that good at it at first, but I did continue off and on for while, with some side journeys into crochet and machine knitting.
I've been a Knitter for 10 years.
I work as a web content coordinator for a company in Niles, IL. Along with my husband I hope to start my own hand-dye business in the next year. I have 3 adult children and one beautiful granddaughter.
