Nutrition and food science, science of nutrigenomics

What is the most important problem today's science should solve?

Combat obesity and co-morbidities in a more scientific way that have practical application to the real-world problems

Who are your scientific heroes or role models?

Linus Pauling, a Nobel Prize winner in chemistry, created the term Orthomolecular Nutrition. Orthomolecular is, literally, "pertaining to the right molecule".

What turns you on about science?

The quest for researching human behaviors, human metabolism and their effect on the human life

What are your favorite resources for keeping abreast of general science?

Scientific literature, ADA, other courses materials, science magazine, health literature
