Hey there!
The Top 100 Inventions of 2008 have been named!
They are recognized in such categories as biotech,
communications, nano materials and software.

This year's inventions include automated genomic analysis,
and software that quickly sifts in real-time through disaster
data for life-saving rescue clues.

The Lab of the Year has also been coronated.

Inventions -- the R&D 100:

Lab of the Year:

Coming up will be the Scientist of the Year:

Don't you think there should be a Science Club of the Year award, too?

We certainly do!

And even more to the point -- Do YOU want to receive an award?

Well, you should receive one!

And when you drop by the Science of Smells and Tastes
field trip this coming Monday, you will be honored with
your very own name tag, not to mention the friendship
and esteem of your many astute and clever field trip
colleagues! Smell-associated bonding can run deep,
my friends!  Use your expanded power with caution!
Taste the savor of Science Success!

Break the barrier of neglect, and understand
the powerful effects of your aroma and taste
sensory/cognitive systems in scientific context.

So step up for some real science fun --

Why should someone else get your award?
