CSMer Duane Johnson (DIR_Guy), from the Chicago Underwater Explorers, will be conducting a course on how to properly conduct visual inspections on scuba cylinders. After successful completion of this course you will be able to visually inspect high pressure scuba cylinders for defective conditions that could cause a failure, you will learn the rules for fill station operators for handling, transporting, and filling high pressure scuba cylinders.

Price includes TDI manual, 5 VIP stickers and certification fee.

Lou Malnati's pizza and sodas will be provided for lunch.

Certification will be through Technical Diving International (TDI).

Topics will include:

- Legal Requirements
- Safe handling of cylinders
- Tools and their use
- Visual inspection indications
- Criteria for rejection and condemnation of a cylinder
- Visual inspection procedures
