When we went down to the Keys we decided to dive The Spiegle Grove! When we arrived at the wreck site we had 6'-8' swells and 3 knott currents! It was one of the most challenging dives I have ever done!!!! We were like "Flags on a flag pole" on the mooring line and the current continued all the way down to 140'. It was an awesome dive On an incredible wreck and the "rodeo" climb to get back on the boat was just as challenging. While we were on our way down to the Keys- we stopped in Crystal River and rented a private house boat for the day and swam with the Manatee! Both of these were equally awe-inspiring!!!!!!!!! Non-diving- it was the coolest, when John Chatterton called to congratulate me on completing my DiveMaster cert- Thanks to my girlfriend! Most recently- diving the Thomas Hume and The Northerner Wrecks with this group were just INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! OK- diving with the Sharks and Dolphins in Roatan was just as INCREDIBLE?!?!?!?!?!?!
To meet and dive with other people in the local area!
Everywhere and anywhere I can! Florida- Key Largo- Crystal River, Catalina Island California, Coronado Islands, Mexico- and entire Yuchatan Coast, Cenote/Cave diving around Tullum, Roatan, Bonaire, Curacao, Ohio- Gilboa Quarry, Illinois- Great Lakes Wreck Diving, Indiana Waters, Michigan Waters, Wisconsin Waters. Working on expanding this list!! Lol.
