Where did you find out about the Chicago Scuba Meetup Group?
Summer, 2010, met members of CSM having great fun diving at Haigh.
If you are a diver, what is the best dive experience you have ever had?
Diving in Cozumel. First time drift diving and diving in ocean. Unbelievable diving, much different than Haigh. Can't believe we saw a Splendid toad fish, octopus, eagle rays, drum fish and angelfish. Certified my daughter in Coz - priceless.
Why did you join the Chicago Scuba Meetup?
To meet people who love to scuba and have fun. Also, love going on dive trips with friends.
If you are a diver, where have you dived?
Cozumel, Curaçao, Bonaire, Bonne Terre Mines, Pearl Lake, Loche Quarry (TN) and of course Haigh Quarry.
Are you certified? If so, when were you certified? How many dives have you logged?
Certified March 2010, Certified PADI Instructor Oct. 2010, Master Dive Trainer Instructor August 2011. 400 dives and counting.

I am sure it is quite an experience!! But if not now, I think I'll have other opportunities in the future. The mine is probably not going anywhere. :)
But, it is still too many Sundays at the wrong time of the year... and also, I would need to take at least a day off. I have other trips planned in the future...

Hi Sue! I'd love to join you at Haigh on Saturday, if it's still okay! What time are you going to be there? I probably can't get there until 10 or 11 cause it takes me a couple of hours to drive down, and I work late Friday night. Will that work?

Hi. Thanks for the greeting! That was so nice! The pumpkin carving dive sounds like a blast! I wish I could come but not sure about Childcare and how far away it is! I definitely want to try the quarry soon, and hope not to wait til spring. Thanks for the msg and I look forward to meeting u all!

I have 6 open water and 4 advanced at the quarry on Sat. Then on Sunday we have 4 dives on the lake. Give me a call [masked]

Hi Susan - I'm so sorry I couldn't make it to Haigh to dive with you today. Kind of a rough weekend and was just too tired to make it. Weather looked ideal, I hope you all had fun. Are any more dives planned for Haigh this year? Ken
