Thank you for the welcome message. I have had experience with meditation from a week long Buddhist silent meditation retreat more than a year ago and would like to continue my practice.

Hi Steve:
thanks again for another great evening of meditation. I'm writing because when I got home I realized I didn't have my wrist watch....meditation so deep, lost connection to time, lol. Anyway, wondering if you could check with the church and see if anyone found a watch....maybe in the washroom on the first floor near the door? If they find it maybe they could hold it for me and I'll pick it up next week. Thanks for your help. Roseann Adams

Steve it was great listening to your discourse yesterday after the meditation, very simple and insightful. I left my meditation wedge yesterday near the door while wearing my shoes. I hope I can get it next week. Have a great week

I probably won't be so understanding when I get a ticket in the mail for blowing that red light. The flashes went crazy when I made that illegal right turn. Guess it's part of my spiritual path. :)

I wanted to apologize for not making it last night...well, I made it a little late only to find the door locked. :(

I pride myself on being on time, so needless to say, I was a bit disappointed at not being able to join the group last night.
