Welcome!

The purpose of this group is to bring together writers, directors, producers, actors, editors, gaffers, sound mixers, cinematographers, makeup artists, etc. for the purpose of making high quality comedy short films in Chicago. We will work as a team to develop script ideas and execute film productions within reasonable deadlines. To be in this group, you must have experience in your field of work and must be dedicated to making comedy short films.

THE FALL PROJECT:

It's time to vote! We have 3 scripts which you can read on the "Files" link. Here's how to vote:
1) Read the scripts
2) Judge the scripts based on Plot, Characters, Themes, Originality, Ability to Produce
3) Go to the "Polls" link on the left and click on the poll named: "Which script would you like to have produced for our fall project?"
4) Vote for your favorite script

The voting in anonymous and you can only vote once. There are over 40 members in our group and I am requiring that there be at least 20 votes in total to make this official. Voting will end on August 18th at 11:59pm. We will then discuss the winning script at our meeting on the 19th and jump into preproduction. Further details on cast and crew positions will be given at that time.
