My apologies for this extra email ... I have had quite a few calls and emails regarding bringing guest to the mixers and size requirements. We have had many new members over the last six months and we are excited to meet you and your pups.
The Canine Club/west loop dog meetup monthly mixers is a members only mixers. Therefore you and your pup must be on the attendance list to participate. We have had members that were not able to RSVP due to the mixers being full. Our group is free to join so therefore please invite your fiends to join the group to participate, their is no obligation or monthly fee's. We put ALOT of work into these mixers and it makes our job easier to have a record of every attendee.
We have had small dog mixers under 35 pounds for almost five years, we thought of adding a medium size or mini dog mixer but gave the opportunity to other organizers to create a playdate in that size range. Perry Dog has created a mini mutt mixer under 15 pounds they have their mixers at our Venue, please feel free to join their group !
Our small dog mixers are mostly dogs under 20 pounds and the dogs must be social. Our mixers are not to "see" if your dog is social. Chicago Party Animals is NOT an indoor dog park safety of the dogs are a priority and we have rules that keep our mixers safe and fun... Here is a list of our rules...
