Please scroll down to the section that best describes your business.
1. Venues (Bars, cafes, restaurants...)
2. Retailers (Game stores)
4. Other web communities and event organizers
Email the Organizer (see the picture on the left) with the following information:
- Contact information
- Website address, if any.
- Do you currently organize game nights?
- Closest available public transportation options
- Seating capacity
- Traffic patterns... when will the most tables be available?
We will look over your Email and if it fits our needs we will come out to review your establishment for potential use.
The Chicago Board Games Meetup only establishes relationships with businesses in and immediately surrounding the Chicago area. We do not promote online retailers. We want to keep dollars in our local economy.
If you are a retailer in the Chicago area, you can submit your address and website for inclusion in our game store listing on the message board.
If you are a retailer organizing game nights, and wish to advertise these events to our members, you may request assistant organizer access to post events to the calendar.
You may post any promotions and/or events that you wish into the appropriate sections of the message board.
The Chicago Board Games Meetup is not presently accepting additional manufacturer sponsors. We are working to provide quality support for our existing sponsors. Please let us know if you are interested in providing future sponsorship, and we can also point you to other large metro-area groups that are looking for sponsors.
We are happy to organize and promote "demo days" for manufacturer representatives that have local representation in the Chicago market. Please contact the Organizer to make arrangements.
=============Other community sites and event organizers========
If you wish to advertise another web community or independent event with us, including web communities on meetup, your request must be approved by the organizer prior to submission. Failure to receive approval can result in your account being reported to Meetup.com and/or being banned from this meetup group.
