Centuries ago, a dynamic bodywork therapy based on yoga and Ayurveda was born in the temples of Thailand. In this unique healing system of Thai Yoga Massage ~ also called Nuad Boran ~ partners assist each other through a series of yoga type stretches resulting in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, and balances the body energetically.
Please note that you do not need a partner to attend, nor any prior yoga experience as everyone will be able to work at their own skill level. This class is meant for individuals and partners to understand new ways of BEING. Not only will we practice movements and stretches to release stress and induce relaxation, we will come to understand the art of non-attachment and all of it's amazing benefits. We will also learn powerful breathing techniques that will assist with clearing the mind, and enjoy a gong meditation to release everything that has built up over the week. If you've never meditated before or have tried and failed then this is the place where you can finally learn some techniques that will lead you to success!
