Last night's event was a smashing success
. We've held four (4) Meet-Ups under our new CMM&A
moniker so far and all have continued to inform, entertain and keep us abreast of the trends here and in our industry that help us in our respective roles as communicators.
We are currently wrestling with a workable dues structure. To continue to keep us in good venues, with great panelists and the possibility of a few snacks we need to develop a budget. Realizing we are facing tough economic times, we're very sensitive to travel, the cost of a beer (or mixed drink)
and your 7 p.m. hunger pangs.
The organizers are planning to meet later this month to
discuss these issues. If you have any ideas or input, they would be most welcome. Perhaps a sponsor or two could help us offset the expenses involved with operating a successful Social Networking group. Any ideas there?
