Informal Poll

Hello fellow CMM&A members.

I need your assistance.
I have been struggling with internal fallout from a large client I recently landed for my business.
The matter has been resolved but it posed an interesting conundrum that may become more prevalent as our industry and culture becomes more polarized .
I've set up a POLL on LinkedIn
and would welcome your feedback and/or participation.
Keep in mind the scenario described in the poll could apply to one's entire supply chain at any given point in the process. Even third party people, messengers, etc. could all be a disruption in your business model at a critical, deal-killing time.
How would you address this as an individual staff member?
How would you set policy for your employees or vendors?

If you're interested in the event details they can be found at

Thank you.

- Joe
