No recent formal training. Was with a personal trainer (fitness/weight loss goals) for over a year before moving back to Chicago.
3 years of wrestling. I Boxed with my brothers growing up (informally). I'm interested in Boxing, Grappling, and wrestling.
All of the above, I'd like to learn technique, spar, do drills, padwork, and practice as much as possible.
