The Chicago Symphony Orchestra's All Access Concert Series provides free chamber music concerts throughout the season. Let's meet on the afternoon of Saturday, November 12 for one of these concerts. The program will include Ravel's Trio for Piano, Violin and Cello in A Minor, Brahms's Zwei Gesänge, Op. 91, and Dvořák's Piano Quartet No. 2 in E-flat, Op. 87.
After the concert, we can go somewhere for drinks (it will probably be too early for dinner, but that's also an option).
The concert is free, but tickets are required. Call[masked] to request tickets. You can also go to www.cso.org, choose the event from the calendar, then choose "Select Seats" (there are no seats to select, since this is general admission, but that's where you request tickets).
UPDATE (10.24): Tickets are gone for this event, so I have closed the event to further RSVPs. If you are one of the 51 people who have RSVPd "yes" but didn't get a ticket, contact me, because I requested three extra tickets in case this happened.
PLEASE: If you decide not to attend, call the CSO box office (at[masked]) and let them know, so your ticket(s) can be released for someone else to use. The seating is very limited for this concert, so it would be nice to allow someone else the opportunity to enjoy the concert if you can't attend. Thanks!
