Thanks Lori and good to hear from you. Nice job on the video. I agree it's got good info and movement. But I do think that given your lovely voice and talent, something with a little more edge would display your abilities in a fuller way. I think you were alluding to this. Let me know how it goes but for sure this is great for now. It features your singing and the pictures are cool. That is all you really need :) !

I thought you may also get something
out of this for the classical side of your work. It seems to be fairly new, but has both pay and free
websites for artists. Best of luck in everything and we'll talk soon.

Thanks Bill- I'll look again @ Gig Masters- we are with Gig Bureau/ Gig Salad. Also looking into Reverbnation.
It seems everything is going on-line. Kind of like travel agents! Please view the promo video I just created- my next version will be more creative & artistic. This is very informative. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
Thanks again!

Hi Lori!

Bill MacKay here, music researcher at Chicago Artists Resource. I apologize for the late reply. After searching for some time, I must say it was hard to find much in the way of agents that seemed relevant. Though I know they are out there!

This website is said to be good. I have not had personal experience with it.
You can set up an account and advertise your duo, etc there.

If I can find anything else, I will let you know ok. It may be helpful to contact some of the faculty at the area universities such as University of Chicago, Roosevelt, Columbia College Chicago, DePaul, Loyola

and such schools-music centers as:
Piano Forte
New Music School
Music Institute of Chicago

I hope this is somehow useful, and best of luck. By the way, you also mentioned a pop group. I did not include those as a general search for agents in Chicago will usually bring up a lot. So I tried to focus on what seems harder to find. Take care, and let me know how it's going.

all the best in your music and projects,
Bill MacKay
