What style of tai chi do you practice and do you practice any other related arts?

I have never done Tai Chi in my life!

How long have you been practicing tai chi?

Why are you interested in learning tai chi?

I have much respect for eastern thought. The idea of Tai Chi is to be yielding, and not confrontational. I like that.

I am a dedicated couch potato and am interested in making serious life changes. I like the idea of Tai Chi because it looks like something a beginner like me could do, given practice and direction.

What Paula is saying about this Meetup Group

I am so out of shape that, like I told to the group leader, I cannot even pick things up from off of the floor. Yet, that did not matter. I did not feel any pressure to do anything that I was not able to do. And I had fun! At my own level, and with no competition. This group is good for anyone, whether more advanced, or someone like me.
