What style of tai chi do you practice and do you practice any other related arts?

I currently know a 24 form Yang Style that is apparently the Beijing Standard taijiquan form (I believe). I learned from watching a Dr. Paul Lam DVD. I am also studying the Sen Feng style and its martial applications. I am interested in Daoism.

How long have you been practicing tai chi?

I have been practicing for two months now and learn something new every time I do the 24 forms.

Why are you interested in learning tai chi?

I love that taijiquan, unlike the hard martial arts, incorprates Daoist principles such as wu wei but at the same time is an extremely effective martial art. It is relaxing and an intensive workout. It connects me to the natural world.
