Afternoon Booze and Gaming @ Headquarters Beercade

You asked... We answered...

A majority of folks wanted to visit more bars and game, so we've been searching out for new places to try out. Headquarters Beercade is located in Lakeview in the city and provides classic games with craft beer and signature cocktails. They even supposedly make their own beef jerky. The place has earned 4.5/5 stars on Yelp (http://www.yelp.com/biz/headquarters-beercade-chicago).

As a VGC member, you receive a 25% discount on all beverages during our Meetup! So why not enjoy an afternoon with a beer, some gaming, and your VGC friends.

Some games include... Centipede, Contra, the Simpsons, Killer Instinct 2, Space Invaders, Rampage World Tour, Mike Tyson's Punchout, Marble Madness, Joust, Gorf, Double Dragon, Defender, Arkanoid, and Asteroids... not to mention a bunch of others too.

We hope to see you there and leave comments about what games you want to play!

Even though I was there for a short time, the place was great. Look forward of coming here again.

I'm printing out the member list... I think they were merely curious at the number of people attending. If you meet us up there and are RSVPing after 12:00pm today, then come and see me at the meetup. I won't be in glasses, but I will be the chubby broad in the navy and white striped shirt.

Alright, I'm emailing the list of those who have RSVP'd to their organizers so they know. If you are RSVPing after I post this comment, email me and let me know you want to come so I can submit your information.

Depending on what time I get out of my flag football game, I might go. I would love to go, but Sundays are always a crapshoot for me.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
