My family owns a lakefront cabin in Door County, Wisconsin. Im going next week and will be staying through the weekend. My douchebag friends flaked on me so Im going solo. However, if enough people wanted to get away and let loose I would be more than happy to host a shindig.
Yes, again its in Wisconsin. About a five hour drive from here but it goes fast and its a nice drive along the way for the most part. We own a medium sized cabin with two bedrooms and a small guest house with electricity. One bedroom has only a king sized bed in it, and the other has bunkbeds and another bed with a trundle bed underneath. Both couches in the living room pull out and in the little guest house is a full sized bunk bed. We have slept fifteen pretty comfortably there before. No cable or internet, but I figure if enough people were interested, we could bring some bigger TVs, game systems, and lots of booze and have a screaming good time.
Again, I know its a longshot, but hey I wouldnt want to regret not asking and then having everyone saying "Awwww man that would have been awesome". This way you guys can think about it for thirty seconds and then say "Awwww man that would have been awesome, but we dont know you and for all we know, you are luring us into the woods to chop us up into a million pieces. But at least you asked!"
There are like four fairly expensive tolls on the way (for those without ipass) The exact address is 5777 Bay Shore Drive, Sturgeon Bay, Wi 54235 There is a landline telephone there if anyone needs to give it out for family emergencies and what not. (920)[masked] It looks to get chilly at night next weekend and I dont remember how many blankets there are up there. People in the house will be fine because the heat works great, but for those in the guest house there is only a little space heater and I don't even know if that works well at all. So maybe we can tell some to bring a blanket just in case. And probably pillows for sure. That's about all I can think of at the moment.
