Favorite game system? C'mon, that aint fair. In all honesty, some of the best games that I've played in my life have come from the Gamecube. Overall, maybe not Nintendo's strongest entry in the market, but I absolutely adored games like Super Mario Sunshine, Kirby Air Ride, Wind Waker, Eternal Darkness, Melee, the Pikmin games, Donkey Konga; I even obsessed over the port of Crazy Taxi for a while, that was a really fun few months. Anyway uh, yeah, probably the Gamecube. Although, the Wii can play Gamecube games, so I guess it's an objective upgrade? I dunno, the Wii had Fragile, and-- OH MY GOD WAIT THE GAMECUBE HAD KILLER7 ok yeah we're gonna stick with the Gamecube okay we're settled on that. I mean I also really really like PC gaming, but I wouldn't say that my favorite games are on the PC. My embarrassing 900+ hours on TF2 would argue otherwise, but really, I'm gonna stick with the Gamecube.
literally playing neopets rn, habitarium yalllll Other than that, I just finished up Dishonored, I play tons of League of Legends, I'm getting back into Team Fortress 2, just bought the first two expansions of WoW for $5 and giving that a shot (Pandaren Priest~), and I'm pretty much always playing Pokemon. Like literally, I just kinda leave it on my desk.
Top 3, oh god, why is this a-- hmmm. I guess #1 would be Earthbound. I don't think it'd win any awards for being the best game ever, but it certainly holds a very special place in my heart. Great music, adorable graphics, impeccable humor, it's a fantastic game. Second, I'd probably say Brawl. My brother and I have clocked in a lot of time on it, and we've had a lot of good conversations while playing it. It brings us closer together, which maybe sounds dumb, but hey, it's what we've got. Third favorite--I'm thinking I should have gone from 3rd to 1st favorite, huh-- would be, like, the entirety of the Pokemon series, if that counts? None of them individually make it into this slot, but it's a series that's greatly impacted my life and that I've always had on hand when I'm bored. Whether it's setting up a competitive team, or convincing someone why Noctowl is the best, I sincerely love all aspects of the games.
