Currently Director of Analytics @ Razorfish...well the actual title is Principal Consultant, but what does that mean? Do I advise leaders of schools? Do I actually work for Razorfish or just consult?

Too confusing, can't the industry settle on one set of titles? And while we're add can we define a set of universally accepted digital metrics? Like, now? Particularly for social!
