I tryed vent sexing 2 week old chicks. You should know this was my first batch of chicks. I deffinetly could notice anything. Are they to old or your for vent sexing? Any other ideas on how i can find out what sex they are?

Poultry can be vent sexed at any age, but you should be very careful not to injure the bird. There are also several different make-ups to consider depending on the type of chicken. If you can wait, you may be able to tell within the next 6 weeks. Good luck.
